Deadline: Your Mental Health
A new year is a time that can be the beginning of many paths. Along the way, you will encounter many different situations where you can be mentally exhausted. In order to prevent mental fatigue, I will give you humble advice on how to cope as far as I can see in my life and around me.
The beginning of the road
There are many branch where you can advance in the software. No matter how difficult everything may seem at first, after you progress, you will realize how easy it is and not as hard as you feared. An uncertain situation creates fear.
Trying to learn the information you need to learn in a certain period of time in a short time will cause you to get mentally tired. Moreover, it will cause you to miss a lot of information, someone running may miss many details on the road. Everything needs time, so does learning.
F.cking Javascript's Tools
Javascript is a alive ecosystem. In this ecosystem, you can often come across new tools, frameworks, libraries. Don't waste too much time on how you can handle so much. These are just tools that make our job easier. In many cases, it will be sufficient to learn for what purpose it is used and to experience it in your side projects.
Be relax
It's just part of the business. Your job is not your all life. Take time for yourself outside of work. Being relaxed will make it easier for you to sit in front of the computer on Monday and work.
Push push push
It will increase the pressure on some unfinished tasks. And rest assured, there will often be things you can't complete. Also, your project manager, team leader or boss will add another problem to their problems by constantly reminding you of the deadline as well as the pressure on you. You have to accept that there is no escape from it, that it is another part of the job.
Run boy run
Being physically well will make it easier for you to deal with the stress and the depth of it that you are likely to experience. You don't need to goes for the gym. If you don't have time, I would even suggest not doing it. Walking, running, simple exercise at home will be good for your body, which spends time in front of the computer all day.
So, these are just a few different ways to deal with the stress you're going through, as far as I've been able to observe. You can arrange them according to yourself, or you can produce a completely different strategy. If you do not experience any stress while working, I am very happy for you. But after a while, you can start to experience this situation. To stay mental healthy, you must come up with a solution before this stress level rises.
